Our foundation was shaped by the practical guidance and mentorship of Rajesh Raykar and Rajendra Raykar of Dhayreshwar Financial Services, Sinhgad Road, Pune.
They mentored both Tushar Hole and Siddhant Raskar and taught us the loan and insurance business from the ground up — from understanding customer requirements and documentation to lender coordination, follow-ups and building long-term relationships based on trust.
